Binod Taterway – President and CEO (Co-Founder)  Binod Taterway is President and CEO of LMD Consulting. Binod is a recognized innovator with over twenty years of experience in the business of technology, strategy and integration. He has worked for leading consultancies such as Proxicom, Sapient and most recently founded Blue Canopy, an Inc 500 start up firm based in Reston Virginia in 2002. As CEO at Blue Canopy, he grew the company to $12MM in revenue in five years that he subsequently sold to a private investor in 2006. Throughout his career, he has designed and delivered solutions that have guided such organizations as Comcast, Marriott, US Department of Commerce, America Online, Hyatt, General Motors, Toyota, Nike, The Gap, Gartner, and Duke Energy to increased performance and efficiencies, while improving revenue and business value related to their IT enterprises. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from IIT Bombay, India and an MS in Computer Science and an MBA in Management, both from Lehigh University, Pennsylvania.
Chinya Harleston – Vice President of Client Services (Co-Founder)  Chinya Harleston is Vice President of Client Services at LMD Consulting. He is responsible for all aspects of client services with the primary focus on managing people, project delivery, processes and technologies. He has an outstanding track record in management, operations, technical architecture and engineering in the IT industry. A proven leader, Chinya is known for expertise in starting up fast-track, high impact teams and businesses. He has a demonstrated the ability for bringing disparate groups together to solve problems and is equally adept at bridging traditional divides between business and technology to create breakthrough solutions. Chinya has worked for many CVB's in leading the brand redesign to merge the online and offline marketing strategy.
