TRANSITION MANAGEMENT – Transitioning to an outsourced organization depends on many factors and we help you with every step of the way. We help establish governance, write job aids, and create a set of operational metrics by which a new sourcing management organization (SMO) should operate in concert with your external service providers (ESPs). Additionally, we help organizations replace one vendor for another or bring an outsourced service/function back in-house as part of our transition management services.
SOURCING MANAGEMENT – Lastly, we help operate your SMO office as a PMO where the measure of success is tied to how your ESPs are performing against their established SLAs. Instead of starting with a strict SLA, we use the first year operations to reflect and baseline SLAs. Thereafter, we apply SLAs strictly and help ESPs improve service performance by creating an SMO dashboard - a management dashboard that tracks operational metrics.
