LMD CONSULTING, LLC ANNOUNCES ITS DEFINITIVE INTENT TO ACQUIRE ALL ASSETS OF VANTAGE TECHNOLOGY PARTNERS
LMD Consulting, LLC, a privately held information technology and management company announced today that it has signed a definitive intent to acquire all assets of Vantage Technology Partners, LLC to enter into the travel and destination market. Three-year old, Vantage Technology Partners provided interactive marketing and technology services for building global online portals and brands for the travel and hospitality industry. Vantage Technology Partners clients included National Trust for Historic Preservation, Greater Boston Convention and Visitors Bureau and The Ritz Carlton, Inc.
